At Yellow Legal, we provide straightforward, efficient conveyancing with the personal service you need when moving home.

When you work with Yellow Legal, you will have your own conveyancing specialist, supported by an experienced team, guiding you through every stage of the transaction.

We handle a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, Right to Buy, new-build properties and auction purchases.

Our office in Cramlington is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with wheelchair-accessible ground floor meeting rooms and free onsite parking. You are welcome to visit us during office hours without a prior appointment.
